This laser head divides the collimated laser beam into four symmetric beams evenly through two adjustable quad-cone lenses. The beams are then focused onto the focal plane via metal off-axis aspheric mirrors. By adjusting the distance between the two quad-cone lenses, the inner aperture of the beam can be changed to accommodate different wire feeding sizes and matching wire feeding mechanisms, achieving high directional accuracy, greater flexibility and wider application scenarios.

Meanwhile, the adjustable internal wire-feeding laser processing system, developed for cladding and quenching applications, features adjustable beams and high processing efficiency.
