Welding

Laser welding is an efficient and precise welding method that uses a high-energy density laser beam as a heat source. Laser welding is one of the important aspects of the application of laser material processing technology.

Cutting

Using a high-power density laser beam to irradiate the material being cut, the material is quickly heated to the vaporization temperature, evaporating to form holes. As the beam moves on the material, the holes continuously form narrow slits, completing the cutting of the material.

Cladding

Laser cladding is a new surface modification technology. It forms a metallurgically bonded additive cladding layer on the surface of the substrate by adding a cladding material to the substrate surface and using a high-energy density laser beam to melt it together with a thin layer on the substrate surface.

Quenching

Laser quenching is a quenching technology that uses laser to heat the surface of a material above the phase transition point. As the material cools down, austenite transforms into martensite, thereby hardening the surface of the material.
