On June 10, 2026, the Shenzhen Liquid Cooling Expo opened. Flagship New Product XH-ABMPR12+12: Annular-core 3D Adjustable High-Power Intelligent Welding Head
TECHNOLOGY 01
One of the most eye-catching “star products” at the exhibition. To address porosity and cracks in aluminum alloy welding of liquid cooling plates, this product adopts point-ring spot 3D independent control technology.
It uses a central beam for deep penetration welding while the ring beam stabilizes the molten pool, suppressing spatter at the physical level and achieving pore-free welds, especially suitable for large stamped plates requiring extremely high airtightness.

Popular Product XH-ABMPR6+3 (OSC): Annular-core 3D Dynamic Wobble Welding
TECHNOLOGY 02
Designed for irregular channels and complex curved welds, this product integrates annular-core adjustability and precision wobble function.
It improves gap tolerance in conventional welding and guides molten pool flow via central spot oscillation, allowing bubbles to escape in time and ensuring dense, smooth weld seams.

Mainstream Product HO30-Y: Annular Beam Effectively Suppresses Spatter

The annular beam creates a ring-shaped thermal field, reducing peak central temperature and effectively suppressing spatter and undercut.

“Cost-performance King” HW20-P-WR: Wobble Galvo with Hollow Rotary Wire Feeding

Inlet/outlet nozzles of liquid cooling plates are high-leakage-risk areas. This product uses a hollow rotary wire-feeding structure enabling rotary welding.
It completes circular welds in one pass, eliminating leakage risks caused by poor weld termination.

Collimated Focusing HW20-P-FT: Wobble Galvo with Flexible Focusing
TECHNOLOGY 05
Through high-speed internal mirror oscillation, the beam scans in multiple patterns (dot, circle, line, infinity, figure-eight, etc.).
It expands the molten pool, reduces assembly precision requirements, and promotes bubble escape.

At the exhibition, multiple test results were shown: under high-speed molten pool imaging, spatter was nearly invisible and metallographic inspection showed no porosity.
