·The laser head divides the collimated laser beam into four symmetrical beams equally through two adjustable-distance fourfaceted cone lenses, and the beams are focused to the focal plane position through the metal off-axis aspherical mirrors. By adjusting the distance of the two four-sided cone lenses, the aperture inside the beam can be changed to achieve different sizes of wire feeding, embedded in different sizes of the wire feeding mechanism to achieve high directional accuracy, higher flexibility, and a wider range of applicable scenarios;

·The laser processing system of tunable light internal wire feeding is based on the application research of cladding and quenching, which has the advantages of adjustable and high efficiency of the beam, and solves the problems of difficult to ensure the directionality and poor and low coupling in welding and cladding of the traditional equipments;

·Capable of providing a wide range of 3D shapes from filigree structures to complex high-volume 3D shapes, offering a wide range of applications in additive manufacturing for 3D printing, prototype building and wear protection. Non-porous layers can be applied in any orientation.
